I. Project content
"Hibiscus Plan" - the project of outstanding ideological and political workers in colleges and universities is divided into three types: the construction project of young backbone team of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the construction project of excellent team of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and the construction project of famous teachers' studios of ideological and political work in colleges and universities。The specific construction standards and contents are detailed in the Implementation Rules of the Project of Excellent Ideological and Political Workers in Universities of Hunan Province (Annex 5).。The project is implemented by the provincial Department of Education。In 2024, it is planned to cultivate 10 young cadres of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, 10 outstanding teams of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and 5 famous teachers' studios of ideological and political work in colleges and universities。
2. Declaration Instructions
The project supports three identities: teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, full-time counselors (including full-time teachers of mental health education) and other ideological and political cadres (including party and government cadres and Communist Youth League cadres, network culture construction and management cadres)。
In principle, our university can declare 3 items for "Outstanding Ideological and political workers in Universities", and the types and identities of the declarations should not be repeated。The school will organize evaluation according to quota indicators, and report to the provincial Department of Education after publicity。

3. Submit requirements
1.Submission shall be completed before March 2, 2024。

3.The applicant shall respectively submit the application materials in six copies of paper, printed on A3 paper on both sides, bound in the middle, packed in brown paper file bag (one bag for each specific project, the front of the bag with the application cover), and submit to the student work Department (Office) before the specified time.
