In order to commend the young teachers who have made outstanding achievements in the field of teaching and scientific research, encourage the majority of young teachers to devote themselves to education, have the courage to innovate, and cultivate the "four" good teachers in the new era, Tang Kailin Education Foundation has set up the "Kailin Young Teachers Award".。The award will be awarded every two years, and each award will award 5 outstanding young teachers。The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows。
I. Scope of participation
Hunan Normal University humanities and social science teachers, focusing on education, teaching and research frontline teachers。
2. Declaration and recommendation
(1) Declaration conditions
1.He has a firm political stance, supports the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abides by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, is loyal to the Party's educational cause, and has the spirit of patriotic dedication。
2.Abide by the code of conduct of college teachers' ethics, adhere to academic ethics and academic norms, and strive to achieve outstanding results in the field of moral cultivation, teaching and research work。
3.More than 3 years of full-time work in Hunan Normal University (including 3 years)。
4.Under 45 years of age (born after September 1, 1979)。
(2) Recommendation procedures
1.Independent declaration。Participants apply for and fill out the Personal Application Form for "Kailin Young Teacher Award" (Attachment 1), and submit it to their school (department) according to the procedure.。
2.Unit recommendation。Each college (department) shall organize experts to review the evaluation personnel of the unit, and be reviewed and approved by the Academic committee of the school (or the joint meeting of the Party and government), and the responsible comrades of the unit shall sign and seal the Summary Form of Unit Recommendation for "Kailin Young Teacher Award" (Annex 2), and uniformly submit it。A maximum of 3 persons can be recommended per unit。
3.Review and confirm。The secretariat of the Education Foundation of Hunan Normal University will, together with relevant departments, set up the selection committee of "Kailin Young Teachers Award" to review and evaluate the candidates, and determine the list of winners after the evaluation results are publicized and there is no objection。
III. Job Requirements
1. Strengthen organizational leadership and standardize work procedures。All colleges (departments) should effectively strengthen the organization and leadership of candidate recommendation work, actively publicize and launch, clarify the responsible departments, standardize the recommendation procedure, and ensure that the recommendation work is rigorous, standardized and orderly。
(2) Adhere to comprehensive evaluation, strict review and control。Each college (department) shall, in accordance with the principle of "fairness and justice, selecting the best from the best", strictly control the politics, ethics and quality of the candidates, and carefully review the participating materials to ensure authenticity and accuracy。
4. Submission of materials
(1) Submitted materials include the "Kailin Young Teacher Award" unit Recommendation Summary Form ", "Kailin Young Teacher Award" Personal Declaration Form of recommended participants and other relevant certification materials。
(2) All colleges (departments) are requested to summarize the participating materials of their own units.
